TOMBSTONE HERITAGE RANCH - Property Owners Association
PO BOX 89275
TUCSON, ARIZONA 85752

ROAD POLICY: The goal is to maintain roads, ditches, water turn outs, water bars, road crowns and grading that is cost effective for all Tombstone Heritage Ranch members/residents.  Maintenance of all roads within the Tombstone Heritage Ranch boundaries will be accomplished via three different approaches:  1) complete road repair and grading twice a year in the spring and fall, 2) provide emergency road repairs during Monsoon season (July-August-September), and 3) provide periodic grading for wash boarding and wash outs on high traffic roads to serve existing residents.

ROAD MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE: This committee will be made up of three (3) Tombstone Heritage Ranch Property Owners, one of which shall be a Board of Director.
The road committee consists of the following personnel:

Road Committee Chairman - Jacob Tucker
South Side Monitor - Thomas Gustason
North Side Monitor - Robert Peper

The Road Committee members will determine when maintenance and emergency work is needed and authorize that effort on a case by case basis.  The Road Committee members will periodically visually inspect all the roads in the Tombstone Heritage Ranch boundaries to determine if road maintenance is required outside of the two authorized maintenance grading.  In the case of an emergency, an Tombstone Heritage Ranch resident or property owner may file a complaint about the road directly to the POA board.

COMPLAINTS:  In the case of an emergency, an Tombstone Heritage Ranch resident or property owner may file a complaint about the road directly to the POA board.  Resident complaints must be made by the property owner effected, not by lessee, renters or third parties.  All complaints/inquiries will be investigated and verified by the Road Committee in a timely manor, usually 48hrs, before action is authorized.  The complaint must be in writing and mailed to:

                                                                      THR-POA

                                                                      PO Box 89275
